Cash Flow Projection

The cash flow projection report lists all transactions pending together with key information helpful in quantifying and managing future cash flows. The report is arranged in order of anticipated closing date with summaries and totals by time period at the bottom of the report.

Color coding indicates:
Red – Contracts that are greater than two weeks over the estimated closing date
Yellow - Contracts that are one week over the estimated closing date
Green - Contracts that are closing within one week of the estimated closing date
