The Sales Management Module allows users to:

Enter contracts and other sales-related activities
(leases, other income, etc.);

Automatically calculate and keep updated agent and office (including co-op office) commissions even when based on complex, multi-tiered, multi-level, performance-based plans;

Update listings, referrals, and clients' records automatically as the sales transactions proceed through the various stages leading up to closing;

Analyze, evaluate and monitor company and agent performance, including 1099 production. Extensive reports emphasize company and agent “performance” measures.
Track many important aspects of the sales including sources of listing and buying sides, cancellation reasons, title companies, lenders, financing, etc.
