Listing Management is a powerful module that provides data to the other various "ancillary" modules e.g., Floor Call Management, Showing Appointment Management, MS Word Merge, Email follow-up, etc.
The Listing Management module keeps track of active, pending, sold and expired listings. Customizable columns, color coded records, and more than sixty customizable fields demonstrate the power and flexibility of this module. Look up listings by: street address, file name, area (city), subdivision, class and price, property owner, mills number, listing agent, and even your own customizable field. You may also search by Ad Lookup, (searches for key words in previous ads). You may enter showing instructions and directions to the property and schedule or check for showing appointments or tasks with email confirmation and follow-up.
With two clicks of the mouse, Lucero Summit will create a variety of flyers, standard or custom, which may then be instantly delivered via email to prospective clients. Sending post cards to your sellers to keep them informed of market activity has never been easier.
Key information within the listing, coupled with an unlimited number of pictures, comprise the listing web page creation feature. Each night Lucero Summit wakes up and regenerates your current inventory, updating your website with the current listing inventory. A seamless and automated process!
