This is a Service that Real Estate companies use to Moniter the level of service Real Estate Agents are providing to their buyers and sellers.  An agent must complete a course to be QSC Certified.  More info on QSC can be found here.

In Lucero, the QSC module allows companies that use QSC to automatically send the names and addresses of customers for QSC to send the followup survey after the closing.

For GMAC Companies the price is $100 for training. Licensing is free. 

For all other Companies the price is $100 for training plus $150 license fee for first office, $50 for each additional office.
