Task Scheduler and Transaction Tracking
With Lucero Summit you can track the progress of a listing from the initial agreement through closing. This module keeps track of who is supposed to do what and when; schedules closing requirements, such as termite and roof inspections, the final walk-through, etc.
If an agent is reequired to perform certain tasks prior to closing (picking up a lock box or a sign), Lucero Summit will alert you before issuing their agent's commission check. The task scheduling feature may also be used to assign different activities to staff and support personnel.
